This three-hour tour leaves Inverness at 6.30pm heading straight for the banks of Loch Ness for a beautiful photo opportunity then onwards to Urquhart Castle before a climb over to the historic Beauly Priory where you can stop have a walk around and feel the history in the air, visiting 2 of Europes oldest Elm trees in the grounds. From there travel onwards to Clava Cairns to see the ancient standing stones and the Cairns left by the Picts finally to the Historic Culloden Battlefield see the site where the Jacobite’s suffered the famous defeat and walk the field imagining the conditions during the ebb and flow of battle.
